Mauricio Osaki is a filmmaker based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. His last short film ‘MY FATHER’S TRUCK’ premiered at the Berlinale and was shortlisted for an Oscar (Academy Award). His films have screened in hundreds of festivals.

As a commercial director he has executed projects for brands such as Google, Uber, Mitsubishi Unilever, Yahoo, Trivago, Volkswagen, among others and has also worked with agencies such as BBDO, Havas, MullenLowe. He recently finished his debut feature film.
